If you're looking to cancel or return your order, we are here to help! Generally, we will accept requests for return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Refund Policy

Note: If you have successfully paid for the order, you accept the following refund policy by default.

(1) Order Cancellation/Before Ship

Please contact us to cancel your order before we issue the tracking number (typically posted around 7 PM U.S. business days). We’ll immediately notify overseas warehouse to process the cancellation.
Once shipped, orders are generally non-interceptable. If interception is possible, $200 freight fee will apply.

(2) After Ship

If your order has already shipped, please arrange to send it back by yourself. You need to bear the corresponding return shipping cost. Or KOOZ will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the returned package.

All the above-mentioned methods require a 10% re-entry fee.

(3) Order Modification/Before Ship

There is no charge for making changes.  Please email us at support@koozmotor.com to proceed.

(4) Shipped but not received

Please contact us at support@koozmotor.com in time. We will discuss the reasons with the overseas warehouse and solve them promptly.

(5) Bike Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. 
To initiate the return process, please contact support@koozmotor.com and we will guide you through the return process; Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

(6)Bike Defects/Shipping Damages

KOOZ is committed to providing top-notch service and tech support to resolve any simple issues. We will free supply the necessary replacement parts and relate costs.

(7) Free Replacement and Return

If your package arrives with shipping damage that affects its functionality, you can refuse the delivery, or contact our customer service for help with missing or critically damaged parts, as well as other quality-related concerns.   Our team will arrange a free replacement or return for you.

(8) Return Guide

Items purchased from the online store (www.koozmotor.com) may be returned within 30 days of receiving in new, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging.
If you purchased an item from a third party or retail store, please contact them directly to determine the return options they offer.

Return Conditions:
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.   You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable

Note:

Please keep this box for at least 30 days in case of return or after-sales service.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost.  The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the resulting shipping costs.
