KOOZ WARRANTY TERMS
Prior to your first use, please review the manual(s) included with each product. These documents contain critical safety instructions, as well as details on assembly, operation, and maintenance.
As outlined in greater detail below, KOOZ warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase, provided the products are used in accordance with KOOZ’s published guidelines. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
“Original retail purchase” refers to the first-time purchase of a new product from an authorized KOOZ retailer or directly from KOOZ.
Warranty Notice
Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to the motor, controller, battery, wiring, firmware, or other electrical components, will void the product warranty.
This also includes changing controller or performance parameters through the mobile app (such as the Hobbywing App) beyond the factory settings. Any damage or malfunction resulting from such modifications or adjustments is not covered under the warranty.
To ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of your bike, we recommend using the factory settings.

* Video and photos of warranty parts are required.
* KOOZ only provides replacement spare parts as a warranty.KOOZ cannot bear the customer's additional losses, such as repair costs,transportation etc.
